How Long Do Orders Take to Ship?

In general, we have an under 7 day fulfillment time. However, all of our products are custom made by hand per order and per your specs, so we often recommend expecting 2-3 weeks for your CK product to arrive at your door.

Size Up or Size Down?

If you are on the cusp of going down a size, or just over the recommended length for a proportional fit, we recommend that you go down a size.

There’s no harm in an advanced user going up, down, or choosing any other size they desire. That said, for new users, we recommend going with the shorter of the two.

Shipping Policy:


Thank you for choosing CK Maceworks LLC for your purchases. We strive to provide you with a seamless shipping experience.

Please be aware that shipping costs, including any additional import taxes or fees, are the responsibility of the buyer. While we cover standard shipping charges, any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the product or shipping costs.

It is essential for customers to be aware of and comply with their country's import regulations. We recommend checking with local customs authorities for information on potential duties or taxes before placing an order.

In the event that additional charges are levied upon the arrival of your package, CK Maceworks LLC is not responsible for these fees, and they must be paid by the buyer to release the shipment.

Refund and Return/Exchange Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to return a purchased item. In such instances, please be advised that the buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs. This includes the initial shipping fees incurred at the time of purchase as well as the return shipping expenses. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring that the returned item is packaged securely. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund promptly, excluding the shipping costs. Please note that the refund will be issued in accordance with our terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
